Carrie Williams has been in real estate since 2000, working her way up from assistant to manager to mortgage banker, acquiring a very strong knowledge of all products. A large percentage of her clients are military families, and with both her husband and brother in the Navy, she is very familiar with their specific needs.

Carrie is very involved in community activities. Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters (CHKD) is especially close to her heart. In addition, she is active with Girls on the Run, a group that mentors elementary age girls to develop self esteem and coaches them through a 5K race.

We were recommended Rachel from a realtor in CT after finding out we were moving to Virginia and we couldn’t have been happier! We had to purchase a house while still living in CT and when we wanted to see a house Rachel would try to get into the house ASAP(usually same day or the next day depending on sellers). This was a very stressful time for our family as my hubby had served 20 years and we were searching for our forever "raise our kids" home. At the time we didn't know that was a no-no in the real estate world. Legally you would be on the hook if the seller's accepted both offers.
