We moved from overseas and purchased our home sight unseen. Kenny was perfect for the job. He was very responsive, especially considering our time zones were 11 hours apart! He worked late and we were up early to look at houses through video calls. With all his experience, Kenny is quickly able to tell if a house has "good bones." Kenny was very honest with us, including times when the hard truth was that a house that we thought we loved was not a good buy. When we found the right house, we all knew it right away and made an offer. Kenny walked us through the process and made sure that everything was repaired in the home before we got there. He also went above and beyond and had our carpets cleaned and kitchen stocked with essentials. So, when we arrived after many hours of international travel, the house was ready for us! I highly recommend Kenny, and we couldn't be happier with our home!

From realtors putting in multiple offers at the same time. At the time we didn't know that was a no-no in the real estate world. Legally you would be on the hook if the seller's accepted both offers. We just thought that's how you had to be with the market, the way it is. We turned it over to Rachel, which made me feel that no question was a crazy one. There were a few things wrong that we were slowly trying to get fixed so I was very anxious when my husband got orders elsewhere and we were going to sell the house. A friend from a previous command introduced us to Alyssa and we had her come over to the house and assess it. She put most of my worries at ease and told us what really needed to get done in order to sell. She even helped us get in touch with professionals to fix what needed to get fixed because we were having a hard time finding anyone to respond with the booming housing market. Without her help and expertise, I doubt we would’ve gotten the price/deal we did. For as busy as she is, she was very responsive, made sure we understood everything every step of the way, and made sure we were getting a good deal. Highly recommend!

We were first time buyers, very young only in our 20’s and Cindy helped make this one of the easiest & smoothest things we’ve ever done. My husband is in the Navy and was gone for a lot, but Cindy always made sure he was kept in the loop on every decision. We had to purchase a house while still living in CT and when we wanted to see a house Rachel would try to get into the house ASAP(usually same day or the next day depending on sellers). We were able to FaceTime her while she walked through the house and she made sure she looked at everything just as if she was buying the home for herself. She was honest with us about everything and never tried to push us into buying a house we weren’t sure about. She was super knowledgeable with negotiating and always made sure we were 100% comfortable with offers. If we had any questions about anything she was more than willing to find out the answer for us. We have purchased houses before and Rachel was by far the best realtor we have worked with. I bought a 400k house with her and it was an awesome experience. She was fun and made you feel like family. This was a very stressful time for our family as my hubby had served 20 years and we were searching for our forever "raise our kids" home. She was always mindful of our needs and showed us properties that matched what we were looking for.
